2. Eligibility
The June Golden Ticket Draw ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of JamFast Unlimited Inc., their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Central Time ("Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter:
4a. Purchase Entry (Automatic)
Place any order from jamfastguitar.com between June 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026 (inclusive). Each completed order will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for the calendar day on which the order was placed (based on Central Time). Multiple items in a single order count as one (1) entry. Cancelled or refunded orders will be removed from the entry pool.
4b. Free Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Required)
To enter without purchasing, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope (postage required) to:

Each mail-in entry will be assigned to the calendar day on which it is received (Central Time). Mail-in entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, misdirected, or undelivered mail.
5. Drawing Procedure
One (1) winner will be selected each day during the Sweepstakes Period (a "Daily Winner") for a total of thirty (30) winners. Daily Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received for that calendar day. Drawings will occur the following morning at approximately 9:00 AM Central Time. The drawing for entries received on June 30 will occur on July 1, 2026.
Drawings are conducted by JamFast Unlimited Inc. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
6. Prize
Each Daily Winner will receive:
- One (1) seat in the "Any Song" Bootcamp with Marty McLean and the JamFast team, including:
- One (1) personal kickoff call with Marty (approximately 20 minutes)
- One (1) custom practice plan PDF built around the song of the winner's choosing
- Access to weekly group coaching sessions with Marty (estimated 6-8 sessions over the bootcamp period)
- One (1) mid-process check-in call
- Ongoing support inside the private JamFast Insiders community for the duration of the bootcamp
- One (1) physical Golden Ticket certificate (mailed in the winner's order or separately for mail-in entrants)
- Three (3) months of complimentary membership to JamFast Insiders
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $500
Prize valuation breakdown:
- Personalized coaching time: $150
- Custom practice plan: $50
- Group bootcamp access (8 sessions): $150
- 3 months JamFast Insiders membership at published rate of $49/month: $147
- Total: $497, rounded to $500
Total ARV of all thirty (30) prizes: $15,000
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. Number of Winners
Thirty (30) total winners, one (1) per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each calendar day. The greater the number of eligible entries received on a given day, the lower an individual entrant's chance of being selected as that day's winner.
9. Winner Notification
Daily Winners will be notified via email and/or telephone at the contact information provided with their entry within seventy-two (72) hours of the drawing. To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within seven (7) days. If a potential winner fails to respond within the required time, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the eligible entries for that day.
Sponsor will publicly announce the winner's first name and last initial (e.g., "Sarah M.") on Sponsor's website, email list, and social media channels following winner verification.
10. Verification of Potential Winners
All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to require a potential winner to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
11. Publicity / Use of Likeness
By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use by Sponsor and its designees of the winner's name, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements regarding the Sweepstakes and prize, photographs, videos, and recordings for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in any medium, worldwide, for the duration of the bootcamp program plus three (3) years thereafter, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval, except where prohibited by law.
Participation in recordings of the bootcamp experience (including video coaching sessions and member-shared content) is a condition of accepting the prize. Winners who do not wish to be recorded may decline the prize.
12. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree:
- To be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.
- To release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the prize.
- That Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network, internet, telephone, or other communications malfunctions, errors, or failures; lost or unavailable connections; or any other technical issues that may affect entry.
- That if for any reason the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
- That any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws.
13. Disputes / Governing Law
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sumner County, Tennessee.
14. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to JamFast's Privacy Policy, available at . Entry information will be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and may be used for marketing purposes consistent with the Privacy Policy.

16. Three-Month JamFast Insiders Backstage Pass (Promotional Gift, Not a Sweepstakes Prize)
As a separate promotional offer (not a Sweepstakes prize), every customer who completes a Chordly product purchase from jamfastguitar.com between June 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026 will receive a complimentary three (3) month subscription to JamFast Insiders ("Backstage Pass"). This offer is provided as a thank-you with purchase and is not awarded by random drawing or chance. Activation instructions will be sent to the email address on the order. The Backstage Pass has no cash value and is non-transferable.
