120-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel completely confident trying Chordly. You have 120 days from the date of delivery to make sure it’s right for you.

If you’re not satisfied, you can return your Chordly for a full refund. It doesn’t need to be unused or in original packaging — we simply ask that it’s in good condition and shows only normal use from regular playing.

To start a return, email hello@jamfastguitar.com with your name, order number, and a short note about why you’d like to return it. We’ll reply with simple instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are not covered and we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lifetime Warranty

Every Chordly device is built to last and comes with a lifetime warranty covering the wood body and hardware under normal playing conditions.

If something ever goes wrong, we’ll send replacement parts or perform the repair to make it right. Normal wear, such as string replacement, isn’t covered — but you can use any of your favorite guitar strings or purchase replacements directly from us.

This warranty doesn’t cover damage caused by misuse or exposure to the elements (like water, excessive heat, or leaving it outdoors).

If you need warranty support, email hello@jamfastguitar.com with photos and a brief description, and we’ll take care of it quickly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Most items can be returned within 120 days, but we’re not able to accept returns on custom or personalized products, digital downloads, or gift cards.
If you’re unsure about your specific order, please reach out to hello@jamfastguitar.com before returning it.

Exchanges

Need a different version or model? Just reach out to hello@jamfastguitar.com and we’ll help make sure you get exactly what you need. In most cases, we can quickly arrange an exchange or provide instructions for returning your current item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Please contact hello@jamfastguitar.com to arrange your return.

Refund Timing

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if it’s been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
