Shipping policy

Current shipping timeline: All orders placed between now and May 19 ship in our next batch on May 20 from our new Nashville location. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a tracking number by email the day your order goes out. Digital products (like the Beginner Guitar Book) are delivered instantly via email.

Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 48 hours and ship via economy ground shipping (5–8 business days within the U.S.). Expedited shipping is available at checkout, but please note: all orders — including expedited — require up to 48 hours for processing before shipment.

International orders will include the cost of shipping and any applicable duties or fees at checkout.
